As a senior leader and busy mum of three, I had a great career, a 'whatever it takes' attitude, was a master of to do lists and was always planning the next big thing. Under the surface though, I was burning out and struggling to be present or connected with those most important to me. I wanted to be at my best in all aspects of my life and I had a hunch that going at 100 miles an hour to achieve this without considering the thread of who I was in all these roles was leading nowhere.
Being coached, becoming a coach and then eventually discovering my ADHD, has given me permission to play in a way I never imagined was possible. I am now committed to ensuring that you all have access to the magic of coaching in order to work with your strengths and navigate your challenges in order to be you on purpose.
"Katie is professional, warm, insightful and encouraging. From the very beginning I felt enlightened and empowered. Katie’s questioning really prompted my thinking and understanding of issues that I have carried around for years. I would recommend Katie as a coach without reservation, she is 100% trustworthy, ethical and honest in her approach to the role."
